Women & Digital Marketplace Conference 2026

We proudly partnered with The Launchpad TZ for the Women & Digital Marketplace Conference event, an impactful platform dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through knowledge sharing, innovation and meaningful engagement. Through this collaboration, we successfully reached and equipped more than 200 Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) entrepreneurs with practical financial literacy and digital marketing skills aimed at enhancing business growth, resilience and formalization.

During the event, participants benefited from interactive sessions focused on strengthening core business competencies, including effective cash flow management, access to financial services, and strategies for leveraging digital tools to expand market reach. Through direct engagement and tailored presentations, our team showcased customized banking solutions designed to address the unique needs of small and growing enterprises. These solutions provided participants with actionable insights and the confidence to scale operations, embrace digital platforms and compete more effectively within the evolving digital economy.

This collaboration highlights the banks continued commitment to promoting inclusive finance, fostering innovation, and supporting sustainable economic empowerment across the communities we serve. By investing in capacity building and creating access to relevant financial tools, we are contributing to the growth of a more inclusive entrepreneurial society. We remain dedicated to partnering with like-minded organizations to drive long-term impact and unlock opportunities for underserved groups, ensuring that no one is left behind in the journey toward economic transformation.
